Foot Fanatic Refund Policy

At Foot Fanatic, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund policy as outlined below.

 

Refund Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

Refund Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@footfanatic.de to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible), and include your return authorization number. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the above eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@footfanatic.de with your order number and a photo of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
